What Is Covered

Eligible Smoke Eater Gear lace products are covered against failure under normal use.

Covered failures may include:

• Broken lace cordage
• Separated aglets
• Product failure caused by normal wear and use
• Manufacturing or workmanship defects

This guarantee applies to:

• CoreLine 550
• 850 Heavy Duty
• 650 Flatline

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover:

• Loss or theft
• Intentional damage
• Improper use
• Cosmetic wear
• Burns
• Chemical exposure
• Cuts from sharp objects
• Pet damage
• Damage caused by equipment, tools, machinery, or non-standard use
• Damage caused by modification of the product
• Damage caused by using the product outside its intended purpose

Normal use is covered. Abuse is not. Fair is fair.

Extreme Duty

Extreme Duty products are engineered for specialized applications involving heat-resistant aramid cordage.

Extreme Duty guarantee terms will be published once final materials, product testing, and production standards are complete.

Apparel and Accessories

Apparel, hats, accessories, and miscellaneous items are not covered under the lace lifetime guarantee.

These products may have separate return or replacement terms depending on the item.

How Claims Work

If an eligible lace product fails under normal use, contact Smoke Eater Gear with your order information and photos of the failed product.

Once the claim is reviewed and approved, Smoke Eater Gear will replace the eligible lace product.

Smoke Eater Gear may request additional photos, product details, or other information needed to verify the claim.

• Aglet type
• Clear photos of the failed product
• A short explanation of what happened

The more complete the information, the faster we can review the claim.

What We’ll Do

For approved claims, Smoke Eater Gear will replace the eligible lace product with the same product or a comparable product if the original item is no longer available.

Refunds are not issued under the lifetime guarantee unless Smoke Eater Gear determines a refund is the appropriate resolution.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with guarantee replacements unless otherwise stated.

Smoke Eater Gear may waive shipping costs at its discretion.
