Smoke Eater Gear works to ship orders accurately and as quickly as possible. This Shipping Policy explains how order processing, shipping rates, tracking, delivery issues, and address problems are handled.
Order Processing Time
Most standard orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare, build, package, and hand off an order to the shipping carrier. Shipping time begins after the carrier receives the package.
Custom-length orders, large orders, special configurations, high-demand periods, or supply delays may require additional processing time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.
Rates may vary based on:
- Shipping destination
- Order size
- Package weight
- Shipping method
- Carrier rates
- Promotional shipping offers, if available
Smoke Eater Gear may offer free shipping, flat-rate shipping, or promotional shipping from time to time. Shipping offers may change without notice.
Shipping Carriers
Smoke Eater Gear may ship through USPS, UPS, FedEx, or another available carrier depending on destination, package size, cost, and service availability.
The carrier selected at checkout or fulfillment may determine final delivery timing.
Tracking Information
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Tracking may take time to update after the package is accepted by the carrier. That part is normal. Sometimes the carrier scans like it is using dial-up internet.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated by the carrier or shipping method.
Carrier delays may occur due to:

- High shipping volume
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Carrier routing issues
- Local delivery disruptions
- Events outside Smoke Eater Gear’s control
Smoke Eater Gear is not responsible for carrier delays after an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Smoke Eater Gear is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the order is reshipped.
If you notice an address mistake after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to correct it before shipment, but address changes are not guaranteed once the order begins processing or has been handed to the carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, first check:
- Around the delivery area
- With household members
- With neighbors
- With your local post office or carrier office
- Any parcel locker, front desk, or mailroom location
Smoke Eater Gear is not responsible for stolen packages or packages marked delivered by the carrier.
We will review missing-package situations in good faith and may assist with carrier information when available.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact Smoke Eater Gear as soon as possible.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the damaged package
- Photos of the damaged product
- A short explanation of the issue
Smoke Eater Gear will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, refund, or other resolution is appropriate.
Shipping Delays
Smoke Eater Gear works to ship within the stated processing time. If an unexpected delay affects your order, we may contact you with updated information.
Federal rules require online sellers to have a reasonable basis for stated shipping times. If a seller cannot ship within the promised time, the seller must generally obtain the buyer’s consent to the delay or issue a refund for the unshipped merchandise.
International Shipping
Smoke Eater Gear currently ships to locations available at checkout.
If your country, region, or address is not available during checkout, we may not currently ship to that location.
International customers, if supported, are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, tariffs, or other charges imposed by their country.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Contact Smoke Eater Gear as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing, production, packaging, or shipping.
Custom-length orders or special configurations may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.
Shipping Built Around Practical Orders
Smoke Eater Gear orders may include boot laces, apparel, accessories, or other related products. Each order still needs to be processed, packed, and handed off to the carrier correctly.
Processing time begins when the order is received. Shipping time begins after the carrier accepts the package.
Customers should review their shipping address before checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery, cause returned packages, or require additional shipping charges before an order can be resent.
